No. Our site is completely FREE for candidates to create accounts, interact with site members and apply for jobs. There will never be any charge associated with your experience. 

Do I have to sign up for an account to apply for a job?

In most cases – you don’t have to, but there are advantages to doing so. Most job postings will include a direct e-mail or link to apply via the hiring organization’s system. However, signing up for a account provides you the opportunity to connect with the hiring manager with our enhanced profile that is designed to present you as a top candidate. Profile accounts facilitate a simplified application process, are easy to set up, and provide you with career planning tools like job tracking, job email alerts, and more!

I created a account and can’t remember my password.  Can you send it to me?

Yes! As long as you remember your username, you can retrieve your password here. If you have any further issues, or cannot recall your user name, you may contact customer service at 215-489-7000.

How do I know when new jobs are posted? displays our job postings in chronological order on the main page, so the most recent posts will appear on top of the list. Your custom searches will also return postings the same way. You can get notified by e-mail when new jobs are posted that meet your specific criteria (such as location or specialty) as jobs fitting your profile are posted. You can manage these notifications from within your account dashboard when logged in, or start your managing this feature under “My Job Alerts” link on the main navigation.

How long will I receive job alerts?

Job alerts are only sent out when relevant jobs are posted that meet your criteria, and they are live for 365 days.

When searching for a job by location, what kind of information should I enter? automatically detects your location in the location field on the home page (to the right of Keywords). You can continue to focus your search by a radius for your location (miles or kilometers). You can search by city, county, or zip code typed into the field to override the automated address.

I applied to a job and would like to follow up.  Who should I contact?

Can I save jobs in my account to apply later?

Yes! Once logged into your account, you will be able to save jobs be selecting the “Save This Job” link on any job you’d like to easily find again later.  When you’re ready, you can access these saved jobs from your account dashboard.

Can I send a job to a friend?

Yes! Click on a job to view the full description and you will see a menu of “Share this Entry” options, which include all popular social media platforms as well as an e-mail option.  Click any of these icons to share or send the job post.

How can I upload my resume to my profile?

From the Home tab, click the “My Resume” button located below the main heading.  Click “browse” to upload your resume file from your computer (accepted file types are .doc, .pdf, .docx, or .rft and must be no larger than 1Mb).
